What to Expect

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SESSION

  • Be present

  • Be prepared to answer questions about yourself

  • Set goals 

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION

  • You will be fully dressed.

    • Exception is the Raindrop Technique where I will be working on your back only.​

  • You will be lying on a treatment (massage) table.

  • An eye pillow and blanket will be offered.

  • You may enter a deep restful mind state during the treatment

  • You may feel light touch on your body at various times during the session.

  • You are encouraged to raise your hand if you are not comfortable.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER A SESSION​

  • This varies with each individual.

  • Most people feel very relaxed after a session.

  • Most people sleep soundly that evening.

  • You are encouraged to be aware of your thoughts and feelings for the next 48-72 hours.

  • Trauma Release - plan on booking 3 appointments.  I will not offer a Trauma Release unless you book a second appointment within 1-3 weeks.  A third appointment 2-4 weeks after the second is recommended.  This helps with processing the trauma that is released.

  • You are encouraged to drink extra water/fluid after a session to help stay grounded.
